My name is Megan Myers, and I’ve been been a blogger for nearly 20 years. During that time I’ve worn many hats for a variety of companies as a copy editor, writer, strategic planner, and project manager. I love looking at data and seeing the patterns that emerge.

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to reserve your space, with the remainder due upon project delivery.

FAQ

This is a time-intensive process. I take a look at every post on your site, so the more posts that are live on your site, the longer the analysis will take.

The current estimate for this process is 4-5 weeks.

Sites are worked on one at a time to provide focused service. Clients will be placed on a waitlist; the amount of time to get off the waitlist will depend on the number of sites ahead of you and their respective site size.

I use ahrefs for the keyword research on this project. Other tools like SEMrush, Keysearch, RankIQ, and more, will give you different, but similar, results based on their own search criteria.

No! I do not need backend access to your site to do the content organization. I will provide a short questionnaire before we begin to cover everything I need.

Having a third party review your site is a great way to get a fresh look at your content. SEO and keyword research is constantly evolving — even if you wrote a post with one keyword in mind, there might be a better keyword for it now.
